Slab was born from a simple but non-negotiable belief – that cake should be generous, over-the-top and completely unapologetic about it. No dainty portions. No half measures. Just really, really good cake that leaves you coming back for ‘just one more bite’, until the whole thing is gone.

We're not in the business of delicate petit fours. We're in the business of generous, chunky, maximalist slabs – layered with decadent fillings, finished with dramatic toppings and made with the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on. Because bigger really is better.

Every Slab starts with the best sponge you've ever tasted - the kind that will make you stop mid-conversation – topped with rich, silky buttercream, a dramatic crunch layer and a drizzle that ties it all together.

Our flavours are inspired by the city we call home. The Karak Slab is built around Dubai's favourite tea - bold, spiced and unmistakably karak. The Pistachio Slab celebrates one of the Middle East's most beloved ingredients in its most indulgent form. And The Slab – our signature flavour – is a love letter to all things chocolate.

Each cake is made in small batches, by hand, with no shortcuts and zero compromise on ingredients.
